Guest: I want a sequel to that book. 1 pounds, isn't it?
Booker: I think it's 10 pounds now.
Guest: Oh, that's not fair.
Booker: Now it's 20 pounds.
Andrew: Booker, you violated the regulations of our bookstore. In order to compete with other bookstores, we have to guarantee at least the same quality of service.
Booker: Oh, we made the rules, didn't we?
Andrew: While drafting the Ordinance, you and I were helping customers.
Booker: Let me see. First, customers are always right and get along well with each other.
Andrew: Be sure to compliment them on their wise choice.
Booker: Second, only employees laugh happily, customers will feel happy. Management should meet regularly to give condolences to employees.
Andrew: Yes.
Booker: Andrew, how are you doing?
Andrew: Good.
Booker: All right, the meeting is over.
