David: The doctor says it's because I often eat sweets.
大卫：大夫说是因为我经常吃糖果。
Ryan: Is it very painful?
瑞恩：拔牙很疼吗？
David: No pain. The doctor gave the drug.
大卫：不疼，大夫打了麻醉剂。
Ryan: What is an anesthetic?
瑞恩：麻醉剂是什么？
David: It was a shot in the surgery, and it didn't hurt.
大卫：就是做手术之前打一针，然后就不疼了。
